摘要
目的探讨ICU低年资护士预见性思维能力培养的方法和效果。方法选取2011年7月至2012年12月在ICU工作的50名低年资护士(工作≤5年)为研究对象,采用理论学习、情景模拟演练、主持晨会、案例分析讨论的方法进行培训,采用自身前后对照比较培训结束时的理论成绩、实践成绩和护理缺陷发生数。结果 ICU低年资护士的理论成绩和实践成绩明显提高,护理缺陷发生数明显降低(P<0.05)。结论对ICU低年资护士进行预见性思维能力的培养,可以提高护士综合素质,提高对各种护理风险隐患的发现能力,提高危重症患者护理质量并保证护理安全。
Objective To explore the methods and effect of training of junior nurses' ability of predictive thinking in ICU. Methods Fifty junior nurses who had worded for less than 5 in ICU were recruited using convenient sampling method from 2011 July to 2012 December, and were trained using learning theo- ry, scene simulation exercises, morning meeting and case analysis methods. Nurses" performonee in theory exam and skill test and the incidence of nursing defects were compared before and after intervention. Results Nurses'performonce in theory exam and skill test significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the incidence of nursing defects significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Cultivating junior nurses' ability of predictive thinking in ICU can improve the comprehensive quality of nurses, improve nurses" ability to find nursing risks, and improve the quality of nursing for critically ill patients, in order to ensure nursing safety.
