出口梗阻型便秘的中西医研究进展

Chinese and Western medicine in outlet obstructive constipation

目的从疾病的病因、诊断、治疗3个方面综述近年来中西医诊治出口梗阻型便秘的研究进展。方法运用文献查找的的方法,回顾分析近年来国内外治疗出口梗阻型便秘的相关文献。结果中医认为出口梗阻型便秘的病机为大肠传导功能失常,与肺、脾、肾关系密切,治疗思路以辨证论治为基础,通过口服中药汤剂、中药保留灌肠及中医内外同治等方法进行治疗。西医治疗主要包括药物治疗、生物反馈治疗、肛管直肠局部用药、外科手术治疗等。结论对于OOC应根据其分型及病因施治,盆底肌痉挛者采用生物反馈治疗为主,辅予中医辨证治疗;确定有明确手术指征者可考虑手术治疗,术后中药口服,标本兼治。

Objective To review the development of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treating outlet obstruction constipation in recent years from three aspects,including etiology,diagnosis and treatment.Methods Through using the method of literature search,recent pertinent literature on the treatment of outlet obstruction constipation at home and abroad were retrospectively analyzed. Results Traditional Chinese medicine thinks that the pathogenesis of outlet obstruction constipation is in the large intestine,which is closely related to the lung,spleen and kidney. The common treatment thoughts are based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of the main therapy,Which was treated through Decoction of Chinese medicine,Chinese herbal retention enema and traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment ect. Western medicine treatment mainly includes drug therapy,biofeedback therapy,the local administration of anorectal,surgical operation treatment. Conclusion The treatment of outlet obstruction constipation with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine show a great prospect in clinical application.
