摘要
金属磁记忆检测与评价技术通常对二维磁记忆信号曲线特征量进行分析,具有不错的应力集中或者缺陷表征能力。磁记忆信号三维曲面,具有更充分地信息量,能够更加客观充分地反映材料损伤和应力集中情况,因此,重点分析三维磁记忆信号曲面相似性随疲劳加载的变化规律。研究表明,应用金属磁记忆信号曲面相似系数来评估疲劳损伤程度是可行的。
The metal magnetic memory testing and evaluating technology has the ability to detect the stress concentration and flaws by analyzing the two-dimension metal magnetic memory signal. Because the metal magnetic memory tri-dimension has more stress concentration more objectively and surface similarity varying as the fatigue tri-dimension surface similarity coefficient information contents, can depict the material damage and the completely, this article focus on the laws of the tri-dimension load. The research shows that the metal magnetic memory can evaluate the fatigue damage efficiently.
