ATP生物荧光法对口腔器械清洗和医务人员手卫生质量的评价

Evaluation on clean quality of oral instruments and medical personnel hands hygiene with ATP bioluminescence method

目的研究ATP生物荧光法对口腔器械的清洗和医务人员手卫生质量评价的实用性,建立清洗效果快速评价方法。方法运用ATP生物荧光法,以个体口腔诊所为对象,建立口腔器械清洗和医护人员手卫生质量快速评价方法。结果国产仪器检测牙钻手机清洗质量合格率为93.33%,检测探针清洗合格率为100%;工作状态下和洗手后手卫生质量合格率均为100%。美国进口仪器检测牙钻手机和探针清洗合格率分别为46.67%和60.00%;工作状态下和洗手后手卫生质量合格率分别为18.42℅和68.42%。结论用国产和进口ATP生物荧光检测仪评价个体口腔诊所口腔器械医护人员手清洗质量,结果差异明显,仍需要进行进一步研究。

Objective To research the practicability of evaluation of clean quality of oral instruments and medical personnel hands hygiene with ATP bioluminescence method,to establish rapid assessment method of cleaning effect. Methods ATP bioluminescence method was used to establish rapid assessment method of clean quality of oral instruments and medical personnel hands hygiene by make the individual dental clinics as the object. Results The qualified rates of toothdrill handpiece and the probe were 93. 33% and 100% respectively,the qualified rates of medical personnel＇s hands hygiene in service and in clean condition were both 100%,which were detected by Chinese instrument. The qualified rates of toothdrill handpiece and the probe were 46. 67% and 60. 00% respectively,the qualified rates of medical personnel hands hygiene in service and in clean condition were 18. 42% and 68. 42% respectively,which were detected by import instrument. Conclusion Using Chinese instrument and import instrument to evaluate the clean quality of oral instruments and medical personnel＇s hands hygiene,had obvious difference and still need further study.
