某中医院住院患者连续两年医院感染现患率调查

A survey on prevalence rate of nosocomial infections in a Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital for two consecutive years

目的了解中医院住院患者医院感染现患率及抗菌药物使用情况,为预防和控制提供参考依据。方法通过横断面调查方法,对某大型中医医院住院患者医院感染现患率及医院感染管理相关指标情况进行调查。结果在2013年和2014年某调查日分别实查住院患者1 687例和1 790例,医院感染现患率分别为3.44%和2.68%,例次现患率分别为4.21%和2.79%。各科室医院感染率以重症医学科最高,医院感染部位以下呼吸道为主。抗菌药物日使用率分别为29.58%和31.84%;治疗性用药患者病原学送检分别为48.22%和44.35%。结论该中医院住院患者医院感染现患率与综合性医院接近,应当加强病原菌监测和药敏试验,严格控制抗菌药物使用。

Objective To investigate the point prevalence rate of nosocomial infections in a Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and antimicrobial drug use,so as to provide basis for prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods By the method of cross-sectional survey,point prevalence rate of nosocomial infections and related parameters of hospital infection management in a Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were investigated. Results 1 687 and 1 790 patients were surveyed on 2013 and 2014 respectively. The point prevalence rates of nosocomial infections were 3. 44% and 2. 68% respectively. The point prevalence rates of case-times were 4. 21% and 2. 79%. The department of the highest infection rate was intensive care unit,and the highest infected sites were lower respiratory tract. The usage rates of antimicrobial agents were 29. 58% and 31. 84% respectively,sample detection rates were 48. 22% and 44. 35% respectively. Conclusion The point prevalence rate of nosocomial infections in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital is close to that in the comprehensive hospital. The pathogen detection and drug sensitive test should be strengthened and the use of antibacterial agents should be strictly controlled.
