Protective significance of operating room ventilation with laminar airflow on the surgical site infection

摘要 目的评价层流手术室对手术切口感染防护的意义。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对某医院层流手术室与非层流手术室患者手术切口感染率进行对比分析,评价层流净化空气预防切口感染的意义。结果在层流手术室实施择期手术9 025例,发生手术切口感染100例,感染率为1.11%;在非层流手术室实施择期手术8 094例,发生手术切口感染95例,感染率为1.17%。两组手术切口感染率比值为1.06,95%可信区间为0.80-1.40。结论手术室层流净化系统对降低手术切口感染率未显示出明显的作用。 Objective To evaluate the protective significance of the operating room( ORs) ventilation with laminar airflow( LAF) on the surgical site infection( SSI). Methods A retrospective analysis of the surgical site infection rate between the ORs with LAF and the ORs with non-LAF was performed in order to evaluate the protective significance of the ORs ventilation with LAF on the SSI rate in our hospital. Results The SSI rate in the ORs with LAF was 1. 11%( 100 cases /9 025cases),while the SSI rate in the ORs with non-LAF was 1. 17%( 95 cases /8 094 cases). The OR( odds ratios) was 1. 06,the 95% CI( confidence intervals) was 0. 80-1. 40. Conclusion ORs ventilation with LAF show no significant benefit for reducing the SSI rate.
