部分军队疗养院疗养房空气细菌污染状况调查

Investigation of bacteria contamination in the air in part of military sanatorium

目的了解部分军队疗养院疗养房空气卫生和消毒质量状况,为加强疗养院卫生管理提供参考。方法采用自然沉降法采样和细菌定量检测方法,对部分军队疗养机构室内空气消毒后的消毒效果进行了检测。结果从6家疗养院随机抽检150间疗养房室内空气,其中有93间疗养房空气中菌数≤4/皿,有62.00%的房间符合医院Ⅲ类环境空气质量。结论军队医疗机构的疗养房空气卫生质量较差,应当对疗养机构空气卫生质量加强管理。

Objective To understand the air hygiene and disinfection quality so as to provide reference for strengthening the health management of sanatorium. Methods The natural sedimentation sampling and quantitative detection method were used to detect part of the sanatorium of indoor air disinfection effect. Results 150 rooms were sampled randomly from6 military sanatorium. The air bacteria number of 93 rooms was ≤4 / dish,Only 62% rooms were in accordance with type III environmental air standard in hospital. Conclusion The air quality is poor for nursing staff living in the military sanatorium,the management of sanatorium of air quality should be strengthened.
