某基层医院工作人员手卫生现状调查

Investigation on hand contamination among staff in a grass-roots hospital

目的了解基层医院工作人员手卫生现状,针对影响医务人员手卫生执行率的因素采取相应改进措施。方法通过现场观察和询问以及问卷调查方式,对某基层医院内各临床科室不同岗位的医务人员手卫生执行情况进行了调查研究,并分析影响因素。结果共计调查该医院不同岗位医务人员265名,手卫生依从性为49.81%;手卫生操作正确性56.19%;手卫生知识考察知晓率为50.94%。影响医务人员手卫生依从性的主要因素依次为手卫生设施不完善,工作量大顾不过来,对手卫生重要性缺乏认识,担心频繁洗手会损伤皮肤等。结论该医院医务人员手卫生知识欠缺,依从性和操作正确率均较低,加强培训和强化管理是改进医务人员手卫生和手消毒的关键。

Objective To understand the status of health workers＇ hand hygiene in primary hospital,and make appropriate improvements according to factors that influence the hand hygiene execution. Methods On-site observation and questionnaire were used to investigate the implementation of the hand hygiene of different clinical departments health workers in different positions in this hospital and analyze the factors affect the results. Results 265 health workers in different positions were investigated,hand hygiene compliance rate was 49. 81%,correct operation rate of hand hygiene was 56. 19%,awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge was 50. 94%. The main factors affecting the hand hygiene compliance of health workers were inadequate facilities,heavy workload,little awareness of the importance of hygiene opponents,fearness of frequent hand washing that may hurts skins and so on. Conclusion The health workers in this hospital lack knowledge about hand hygiene,and the hand hygiene compliance rate and correct operation rate were low. The key point to improve the hand hygiene and hand disinfection of health workers is to enhance training and strengthen management.
