饲粮锰水平对育成期水貂生长性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮锰水平对育成期水貂生长性能及血清生化指标的影响。选取75只60日龄的健康雄性水貂,随机分为5组,每组15个重复,每个重复1只水貂,分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(Ⅰ组,作为对照组)、50(Ⅱ组)、100(Ⅲ组)、300(Ⅳ组)和600 mg/kg(Ⅴ组)锰的试验饲粮,基础饲粮中锰水平为43.69 mg/kg。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:各组平均日采食量差异不显著(P〉0.05)。各组水貂在60、75、90和105日龄时的平均体重差异不显著(P〉0.05),120日龄时Ⅳ组水貂平均体重最高,显著高于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05);60-75日龄、91-105日龄和106-120日龄时Ⅳ组水貂的平均日增重显著高于其他组(P〈0.05);饲粮锰水平显著影响血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白M含量及丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和碱性磷酸酶活性(P〈0.05),上述指标最高值均出现在Ⅳ组;Ⅳ组水貂血清尿素氮含量显著低于其他组(P〈0.05);血清乳酸脱氢酶、总超氧化物歧化酶、锰超氧化物歧化酶活性及免疫球蛋白G含量各组间差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。由此可见,本试验条件下,当饲粮中添加300 mg/kg的锰,饲粮中锰水平为343.69 mg/kg时,可提高育成期水貂的生长性能,同时可提高血清蛋白质代谢相关指标含量和锰相关酶活性及机体免疫力。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary manganese( M n) level on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of growing minks. Seventy-five 60-day-old healthy male minks were randomly divided into 5 groups with 15 replicates per group and 1 mink per replicate. M inks in the 5 groups were fed the experimental diets supplemented with 0( group Ⅰ,as control group),50( group Ⅱ),100( group Ⅲ),300( group Ⅳ) and 600 mg /kg( group Ⅴ) Mn based on a basal diet,respectively,and the Mn level in the basal diet was 43.69 mg / kg. There was a 7-day adaptation period and a 60-day experimental period. The results showed as follows: the average daily feed intake was not significantly different among all groups( P〉0.05). There was no significant difference in average body weight among all groups at 60,75,90 and 105 days of age( P〉0.05),but the highest value of average body weight at the 120 days of age was found in group Ⅳ,and it was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ( P〈0.05). The average daily gain( ADG)in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in other groups during 60 to 75,91 to 105 and 106 to 120 days of age( P〈0.05). Dietary M n level had no significant effects on serum total protein( TP),albumin( ALB),globulin( GLOB),immunoglobulin A( Ig A) and immunoglobulin M( Ig M) contents and serum aspartate amino transferase( AST),alanine amino transferase( ALT),alkaline phosphatase( ALP) activities,and all of them in group Ⅳ had the highest values. The serum urea nitrogen( UN) content in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in other groups( P〈0.05). The serum lactic acid dehydrogenase( LDH),total superoxide dismutase( T-SOD),M n-superoxide dismutase( M n-SOD) activities and serum immunoglobulin G( Ig G) content were not significantly different among all groups( P〉0.05). Under the conditions of this experiment,dietary supplemented with 300 mg / kg Mn and the dietary M n level is 343.69 mg / kg can improve the growth performance of growing mink,it also can improve protein metabolism related index contents,M n related enzyme activities,and the immunity of mink.
