摘要 B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2（B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2,Bcl-2）是一种含有多个BH结构域的抗凋亡蛋白。最近研究表明,Bcl-2蛋白还与细胞的自噬过程密切相关,与自噬信号途径中的多个分子进行相互调节,发挥抗自噬的作用。本文综述了Bcl-2与自噬关系的相关研究进展。1 Bcl-2及其家族蛋白Bcl-2家族蛋白是目前研究得最深入、最广泛的调控线粒体途径凋亡的一类分子,
