摘要 白介细胞素-10（Interleukin-10,IL-10）是由160个氨基酸构成的单肽链糖蛋白,相对分子质量为18.7×103。IL-10由活化的星形胶质细胞及小神经胶质细胞产生,它与高亲和性的IL-10受体结合,通过自分泌和旁分泌的方式调节神经胶质介导的炎性反应,于19世纪60年代中叶第一次发现细胞因子的活性,来自体外淋巴细胞上清液中的某种因子能调控细胞增殖,
