两种不同类型一次性包皮切割缝合器治疗包皮过长和包茎的疗效及安全性比较

Curative effect and security two types of disposable circumcision anastomat on phimosis

目的:探讨两种不同类型一次性包皮切割缝合器治疗包皮过长和包茎的疗效及安全性。方法:选择180例包皮过长或包茎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。两组患者均予以包皮环切术,其中观察组使用狼和牌一次性包皮切割缝合器,对照组使用中国商环一次性包皮切割缝合器,观察并比较两组的手术时间、术后24h疼痛评分、术后愈合时间、住院费用及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间、术后24h疼痛评分、术后愈合时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院费用多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后患者总满意度优于对照组(χ2=4.74,P<0.05)。结论:使用狼和牌一次性包皮切割缝合器治疗包皮过长、包茎具有手术时间短、术后痛苦少、愈合快、并发症少、患者满意度高等优点,但该手术方式费用较高,应根据患者不同情况合理选择手术方式。

Objectives：To discuss the curative effect and security of two types of disposable circumcision anastomat on phimosis（ redundant prepuce）.Methods：180 patients with phimosis were selected and divided into observation group and control group at random.The patients in both groups received circumcision,and patients in observation group used Langhe Brand disposable circumcision anastomat,while the patients in control group used Chinese Shang Ring Brand disposable circumcision anastomat.The operation duration,pain score 24 hours after operation,postoperative healing time,hospitalization expenses and occurrence of complication in the two groups were observed and compared.Results：The operation duration,pain score 24 hours after operation and postoperative healing time of patients in observation group were shorter,less or lower than those in control group（ P 〈0.05）.The hospitalization expenses of patients in observation group were more than those in control group（ P〈 0.05）,while the postoperative occurrence of complication in observation group was lower than that in control group（ P〈 0.05）.The total satisfaction of patients in observation group after operation was higher than that in control group（ χ2= 4.74,P〈 0.05）.Conclusions：The application of Langhe Brand disposable circumcision anastomat in treating phimosis has advantages,such like short operation time,little pain after operation,quick healing,low occurrence of complication,high satisfaction and etc.,but the operation expense is high,so reasonable method of operation should be suggested in accordance with patient＇s actual condition.
