摘要
目的:探究与分析商环包皮环切术与传统手术治疗包皮过长或包茎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院自2013年2月至2015年2月收治的包皮过长或包茎120例,采取随机数字表法分为商环包皮环切术组与传统手术组,每组各60例,对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间、疼痛VAS评分、并发症发生率及外观满意率。结果:商环包皮环切术组的手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间分别为(5.34±1.39)min、(0.87±0.18)m L、(21.5±4.5)d;传统手术组的手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间分别为(31.34±9.32)min、(7.82±2.34)m L、(14.5±3.4)d,组间相比差异显著(t=8.45,P<0.05;t=4.02,P<0.05;t=5.45,P<0.05)。商环包皮环切术组的术后并发症率为6.67%,传统手术组的术后并发症发生率为18.33%,组间相比差异显著(χ2=9.78,P<0.05)。商环包皮环切术组满意度为93.33%,传统手术组的满意度为71.67%,组间相比差异显著(χ2=8.92,P<0.05)。结论:采用商环包皮环切术治疗包皮过长或包茎具有操作简单,安全性较高等优势,外观满意率较高,值得推广。
Objectives：To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Shang ring circumcision and traditional circumcision surgery in the treatment of prepuce or phimosis.Methods：120 patients with prepuce or phimosis treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were chosen and randomly divided into Shang ring group and traditional surgery group,with 60 cases in each group.The operative time,blood loss,healing time,pain VAS score,morbidity and appearance satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results：The operative time,blood loss and healing time of Shang ring group were（ 5.34 ± 1.39） min,（ 0.87 ± 0.18） ml and（ 21.5 ± 4.5）d,and the operative time,blood loss and healing time of traditional surgery group were（ 31.34 ± 9.32） min,（ 7.82 ± 2.34） ml and（ 14.5 ± 3.4） d,all with statistically significant difference（ t = 8.45,P 0.05;t = 4.02,P 0.05;t = 5.45,P〈 0.05）.Postoperative complications rate of Shang ring group was 6.67% and the postoperative complications rate of traditional surgery group was 18.33%,with statistically significant difference（ χ2=9.78,P 〈0.05）.Satisfaction of Shang ring group and traditional surgery group was 93.33% and 71.67% respectively,with significant difference（ χ2= 8.92,P 〈0.05）.Conclusions：The Shang ring circumcision is simple with high security,high rate of appearance satisfaction and other advantages,which is worthy of promotion.
