普通包皮环切术与包皮环切器包皮切除术的临床对比研究

Clinical comparative study of ordinary circumcision and circumcision with ring apparatus

目的:对比研究普通包皮环切术与包皮环切器包皮环切术的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年1月我院收治的包茎或包皮过长的患者248例作为本次研究的对象,将之随机分成环切器组和普通组,对两组患者的相关指标、并发症及疗效等进行比对分析。结果:环切器组的手术时间、术中及术后出血量均要显著少于普通组(P<0.05),且手术费用较低,伤口愈合较快,患者术后疼痛较轻,满意度较高,与普通组相比差异均十分显著(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率差异主要体现在感染方面,环切组均要显著低于普通组(P<0.05),且普通组总发生率要更高(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:包皮环切器包皮环切术具有微创的特点,其疗效较佳,并发症发生率低,易于被患者接受,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objectives：To compare the clinical efficacy of ordinary circumcision and circumcision with ring apparatus.Methods：248 patients with phimosis or redundant prepuce in our hospital from January 2013 to January2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the ring apparatus group.Relevant indicators,complications and efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：The operation time,intraoperative and postoperative bleeding volume was significantly less in the ring apparatus group（ P 〈0.05）,and the operation cost lower and wound healed faster with less postoperative pain and higher satisfaction.Difference between the two groups was significant（ P 〈0.05）.Difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups was mainly in infection.The incidence of infection in the ring apparatus group was significantly lower than the control group（ P 0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusions：Circumcision with ring apparatus is minimally invasive,with better efficacy and low incidence of complication,which is well received by patients and worthy popularization in clinical practice.
