Analysis of scrotal eczema combined with neisseria gonorrhoeae infection

目的:提醒临床医生注意阴囊湿疹表皮溃烂,存在合并淋球菌感染的可能。方法:通过体格检查、实验室检查及追问病史等确诊。结果:确定1例阴囊湿疹合并淋球菌感染患者。结论:阴囊湿疹表皮溃烂感染者,在治疗效果不佳时,应考虑合并淋球菌感染的可能。

Objectives：To alert clinicians that scrotal eczema skin fester may combine with neisseria gonorrhoeae infection.Methods：Physical examination,laboratory examination and asking medical history were done to analyze the information.Results：A case of scrotal eczema complicated by neisseria gonorrhoeae infection was confirmed.Conclusions：When treating scrotal eczema skin ulcers is of bad effect,neisseria gonorrhoeae infection should be taken into account.
