中山市青少年性教育现状调查与对策研究

Investigation and counter measures of adolescent sex education in Zhongshan city

目的:了解中山市青少年性教育的现状,为设计科学合理的性教育课程提供依据。方法:采用整群分层抽样法,对中山市4662名在校初中生的性知识、性态度、性行为现状以及性教育课程期待进行问卷调查。结果:学生自身性成熟前性知识准备不足,掌握的性知识数量偏少、科学性偏低;认为性是纯洁自然的学生比率不高,学生性观念前卫但需要引导;学生性知识主要来自学校,但仍有部分来自黄色读物;学生表示需要学校的性教育,但对现行的性教育认可度不高。结论:需拓宽教育渠道、转变教育理念、把握教育原则,提升青少年的性知识、性态度和性行为。

Objectives：To understand the present situation of adolescent sex education in Zhongshan city,to provide a basis for scientific and rational design of adolescent sex education course in junior schools of Zhongshan city.Methods：Stratified cluster sampling method was adopted in the study.The data of 4662 valid samples were collected from junior school students,and the questionnaires were mainly about students＇ sexual knowledge,sexual attitude,sexual behavior and their expectations of sex education courses.Results：Students were not well prepared in knowledge before their sexual maturity,and their knowledge was not as scientific.Only a few students considered sex as a pure and natural thing.Many students who had daring concepts of sex really need guidance.The students＇ knowledge of sex was mainly from school,but there were still some students who got sex knowledge from pornography.As far as their expectation was concerned,most students expressed strong desire for sex education in school,but the current status of sex education from school was not as good as they expected.Conclusion：It is necessary to broaden the education channels and update educational concepts.Only in this way can we promote adolescent sexual knowledge,change their sexual attitude and improve their sexual behavior.
