自动咽鼓管吹张器治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎 被引量：10

摘要 分泌性中耳炎（secretory otitis media,SOM）是以中耳负压或积液及听力下降为主要特征的中耳非化脓性炎性疾病,特别是儿童SOM对儿童的语言和智力发育造成严重影响。对于早期儿童SOM治疗临床上多采用药物治疗同时配合咽鼓管吹张法,但该方法患儿难以配合常导致治疗效果欠佳。
