胫骨Pilon骨折及创伤性关节炎防治的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨Pilon骨折及创伤性关节炎防治的研究. 方法:收集我院2012~2014年收治的39例Pilon骨折随机分为2组,根据Pilon骨折的不同分型采用不同的治疗方法进行复位;治疗组采用中药熏洗患部时进行被动训练,对照组只实施患肢主动功能练习. 结果:切开关节面解剖复位内固定 ,术后早期被动活动踝关节,外加中药熏洗患部. 2组患者按Mazur评分标准,经过6 个月~18个月的随访,治疗组优良率达75%,而对照组只达57 .9%. 结论:切开关节面解剖复位,采用钢板内固定,术后早期踝关节被动功能锻炼加中药熏洗患部都是 Pilon骨折较为理想的治疗法,能有效地预防创伤性关节炎的发生,改善关节功能. Objective:To study the Chinese herb fumigation on the Pilon fracture and the prevention and treatment of traumatic arthri -tis.Methods:diagnosis by Pilon at home and abroad on the fracture type and treatment methods of in -depth analysis , collected in our hospital during 2012-2014 ,39 cases of Pilon fracture were randomly divided into two groups , according to different classification by using different methods of treatment are reset , the treatment group with herbal fumigation affected part and passive training , while the control group only the implementation of limb function exercises .Results:the literature research concluded that a rational treatment scheme of Pi-lon fracture , open reduction internal fixation , and early passive motion on the joint after operation , plus Herbal Fumigation affected part . Two groups of patients according to standard of Mazur score , after 6 months ~18 months of follow-up, the excellent rate of the treated group was 75%, while the control group only reached 57 .9%.Conclusion:open anatomical reduction of the articular surface , with plate fixation, early postoperative ankle passive functional exercise and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation affected part should be an ideal method of treatment of Pilon fracture , could effectively prevent the occurrence of traumatic arthritis , improve joint function .
