摘要
目的：评价封闭式负压引流技术治疗下肢坏死性筋膜炎的临床疗效.方法：对2009 年7月～2014 年7月采用封闭式负压引流技术治疗下肢坏死性筋膜炎的临床病例进行回顾性分析.结果：运用封闭式负压引流技术治疗下肢坏死性筋膜炎5例,其中3例治愈出院,2例好转出院. 随访3个月～1年均无复发. 结论：封闭式负压引流技术治疗下肢坏死性筋膜炎效果满意,在临床上值得推广.
Objective：To evaluate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of necrotizing fasciitis of lower limbs .Meth-ods：The clinical cases of necrotizing fasciitis of lower limbs treated by vacuum sealing drainage are retrospectively analyzed .Results：Three of five patients were cured by the treatment of vacuum sealing drainage from July 2009 to July 2014 .The rest two patients took a turn for the better.No recurrence followed up from three months to one year .Conclusion： The vacuum sealing drainage technology in the treatment of necrotizing fasciitis of lower limbs should be effective and reliable .
