直馏汽油芳构化技术的应用

APPLICATION OF AROMATIZATION TECHNOLOGY IN STRAIGHT GASOLINE

南充炼油化工总厂 5 0kt/a芳构化装置应用洛阳石油化工工程公司开发的直馏汽油芳构化专利技术 ,生产出液化石油气和高辛烷值汽油。一年多的运行结果表明 ,装置安全可靠 ,稳定汽油和液化石油气收率达93 .0 2 % ,汽油 RON 由 62 .6提高到 90 .1。总结了芳构化装置适宜的操作条件和生产实践的经验教训 。

A 1 000 b/d aromatization unit in Nanchong General Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Works adopting the patent technology of straight gasoline aromatization developed by LPEC has produced LPG and high octane gasoline. The result of one year running shows that the aromatization unit worked safely and reliably. Yields of gasoline and LPG have reached 93.02% and gasoline RON has been increased from 62.6 to 90.1. Appropriate operation conditions and the experience from production practice were summarized and measures have been proposed as well for further improvement.
