索拉非尼联合常规化疗治疗FLT3-ITD阳性难治性急性髓系白血病四例

摘要
例1患者男，40岁。因“间断发热、鼻衄10d，抗感染治疗无效”，于2013年10月13日住入我院。入院体检：轻度贫血貌，皮肤黏膜无出血及黄染；胸骨压痛明显，双肺呼吸音略粗，未闻及干湿性哕音；心率85次／min，律齐；腹软，无压痛、反跳痛及腹肌紧张，肝脾肋下未触及；双下肢无水肿。
