不伴明显微血管病性溶血表现的血栓性血小板减少性紫癜一例

摘要 患者女，72岁。主因“腹痛、腹泻、发热伴间断意识障碍4d”于2013年4月17日入院。既往2型糖尿病史，口服二甲双胍治疗，血糖控制理想。患者于2013年4月13日夜间不洁饮食后出现腹痛、腹泻5次，为黄色稀便，带有黏液，未见脓血；恶心、呕吐3次，为非喷射性，呕吐物为胃内容物；
