常州市高血压前期人群中医体质特点分析

Distribution Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Body Constitutions of Prehypertension Patients in Changzhou

目的 :观察常州市高血压前期人群的中医体质特点,探讨其影响因素与中医体质类型的相关性,为早期防治高血压提供临床依据。方法:收集高血压前期2 015例和血压正常者436例为研究对象,对研究对象进行体质判定并采集相关临床数据,建立数据库,进行统计分析。结果:1常州市高血压前期人群常见体质为阴虚质、血瘀质、湿热质、气郁质、痰湿质,以阴虚质多见。2对高血压前期发病的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析,最终6个进入回归方程的相关体质因素有:平和质、湿热质、阴虚质、瘀血质、痰湿质、气郁质。3不同性别人群体质有差异性,男性高血压前期的主要体质影响因素是阴虚质,女性高血压前期的主要体质影响因素是血瘀质。结论:高血压前期的危险因素为阴虚质、血瘀质、湿热质、气郁质、痰湿质,需针对不同人群采取相应的体质调整措施。

Objective ：To investigate the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） body constitutions of population with pre-hypertension in Changzhou,and to study the relationship between the influencing factors and constitution classification. Methods：Questionnare on TCM constitution was applied in 2015 cases of prehypertension and 436 normal subjects. Body constitution was determined,the data were collected to establish a data base,and were further analyzed. Results：The most common constitution types were yin deffciency,blood stasis,damp heat,qi stagnation and phlegm dampness,and yin deficiency was the most common type. After performing logistic regression analysis on influencing factors on prehypertension,there were 6 body constitution types input into the regression equation. The 6 body constitution types were the balanced, damp heat,yin deficiency,blood Stasis,phlegm dampness,qi stagnation. Body constitutions showed differences in different gender. The major influencing factor in the male prehypertension patients were yin-deficiency, while in the female was blood stasis. Conclusion：The risk factors of prehypertension included yin-deficiency, blood stasis,damp heat,qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,and therefore the corresponding intervention should be applied according to types of body constitution.
