针刺治疗脑卒中后手指拘挛30例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Postapoplectic Finger Contracture Treated with Acupuncture

目的 :观察针刺改善脑卒中后手指拘挛的临床疗效。方法 :将60例脑卒中后手指拘挛患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均给予内科基础治疗及常规康复训练,治疗组在此基础上给予针刺治疗。两组治疗前后分别进行肌张力评定、手运动障碍运动功能评价、日常生活能力评定。结果:两组患者治疗后痉挛状态Ashworth分级评定,运动协调能力、感觉功能及Lindmark总分及Bathel指数分级较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗组手运动协调能力、Lindmark总分、Bathel指数分级改善较对照组更为明显(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后手指拘挛患者接受针刺治疗配合康复训练能明显改善脑卒中后手功能障碍,改善痉挛状态,提高日常生活活动能力。

Objective：To observe the curative effects of post-stroke finger contracture treated with acupuncture. Methods：Sixty cases of post-stroke finger contractnre were randomly divided into a treatment group （30 cases） and a control group（30 cases＇）. Routine medicine and rehabilitation trainings were applied in both groups;and acupuncture was also applied in the treatment group. Muscular tone,hand motion disorder,and activities of daily living（ADL） were evaluated in both groups before and after treatment. Results：After treatment,the scores of modified Ashworth scale,motor coordination ability and sensory function,scores of Lind mark scale and Bathel index were improved significantly in both groups（P〈0.01）,and the motor coordination ability,total score of Lindmark scale and Bathe1 index in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation trainings could obviously improve the hand dysfunction after stroke,relieve spasm and improve ADL.
