中药有效成分对糖尿病肾病足细胞裂空隔膜蛋白干预作用的研究进展 被引量:7

The Progress of Intervention of the Active Ingredients of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Podocyte Slit Diaphragm Protein of Diabetic Nephropathy

摘要 肾小球足细胞裂孔隔膜(SD)蛋白是SD的重要组成成分,其在维持SD结构和功能的完整性方面发挥着关键性作用,并且与蛋白尿的发生密切相关。从中药中提取有效成分对SD蛋白的结构、功能及其作用机制进行干预,已成为防治糖尿病肾病研究的一个热点。本文就近年来足细胞SD蛋白的研究现状、中药有效成分对SD蛋白的干预作用及其作用机制作一综述,主要阐述了雷公藤、黄芪、积雪草、川芎、绞股蓝、三七、冬虫夏草、红参、五味子等多种中药的有效成分对SD蛋白,尤其是nephrin、podocin蛋白等的干预作用及其防治蛋白尿的作用机制,为更好地设计早期蛋白尿防治方案以及为预防肾病综合征提供新的研究策略。 Podocyte slit diaphragm (SD) protein is an important component of SD,which plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the structure and function of SD,and is closely related to the occurrence of proteinuria. Intervention of active ingredients extracted from traditional Chinese medicine on SD protein structure,function and mechanism,has become a hot research of prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. In this paper,recent research status of SD protein,and the intervention of the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine and its mechanism were reviewed,which mainly elaborated the intervention of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine,for example Triptergium wifordii,Leguminosae,Centella asiatica, Ligusticum,chuanxiong,Fiveleaf Gynostemma Herb,pseudo-ginseng,Ophiocordyceps sinensis,Radixgin sengrubra,Schisandra,and other traditional Chinese medicine on the SD protein,especially nephrin and podocin protein,and prevention, mechanism of proteinuria,in order to better design prevention programs of early proteinuria and provide new research strategies for the prevention of nephrotic syndrome.
