武汉分公司 0 .4Mt/a延迟焦化装置拟扩能改造为 1.0Mt/a ,该装置原加热炉为卧管单排单面辐射式 ,运行周期短 ,热效率较低 ,不能满足扩能要求。针对该装置原料性质差的情况 ,在进行了工艺参数及性能对比后 。
A 7 300 b/d delayed coking unit in Wuhan Company is going to be revamped to 18 200 b/d. The original heater of the unit is a horizontal single row and single side radiant heater with a short running period and low heat efficiency, which can't meet the revamping requirement. Regarding the inferior feedstock of the delayed coking unit, the necessity of adopting double side radiant heater to replace the original heater has been proved after the process parameters were compared.
