中层管理者领导能力测试及其分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究开发了中层管理者测评工具《领导能力测验》,对600多名党政机关处级领导干部和企业中层管理者进行了测试。结果表明,《领导能力测验》具有较好的信度和效度,中层管理者的领导能力因年龄、性别的不同呈现一定的差异,中层管理者的领导能力与心理素质之间存在一定的关系。
