摘要
介绍了山东环球润滑油股份有限公司生产的三种气柜密封油的质量指标。考察了炼厂干气、炼钢厂高炉煤气、焦炉煤气三种介质对不同使用时期的密封油的运动粘度、闪点、防腐蚀性能、油水分离性能、钢保护能力的影响。结果表明 ,三种介质均可使密封油的运动粘度、闪点降低 ,油水分离能力降低 。
Quality targets for three kinds of gas holder sealing oil produced by Shandong Huanqiu Lube Co. Ltd are introduced. Influences of three media (refinery dry gas, blast furnace gas of steel works and coke oven gas) on the kinematic viscosity, flash point, performances of corrosion protection and oil water separation and the ability in steel protection of the sealing oils in different service periods have been investigated. The result shows that all the three media can reduce the kinematic viscosity, flash point and oil water separation performance of the sealing oils with a better steel protection ability.
