加氢裂化装置反应流出物余热发电探讨 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了加氢裂化装置反应流出物余热的利用现状和特点 ,提出了利用该余热发电 (即动力回收余热 )的方案。分析了动力回收方案的投资、效益及其影响因素。指出 :按照目前国内炼油厂的公用工程价格和投资情况 ,在加氢裂化装置附近建立低温余热发电站 ,动力回收反应流出物余热的方案是经济可行的。在新建和已有装置的改造中设低温余热发电站方案的简单投资回收期分别为 3 .6和 4.4a 。 Status quo and features of the waste heat utilization of the reaction effluent from hydrocracking unit are analyzed and waste heat recovery generating scheme (i.e. dynamic waste heat recovery) has been proposed. Investment, economical benefits and the affecting factors for dynamic waste heat recovery are analyzed as well. It is pointed out that according to the current utilities price and investment in domestic refinery, establishing a low temperature power generation station near the hydrocracking unit to recover the waste heat of reaction effluent is feasible in economy. The investment recovery periods of establishing a low temperature power generation station for the newly build unit and the existing revamping unit are 3.6 yr and 3.4 yr respectively, and economic benefits will be better for the newly build unit.
