摘要
从组织生态学和创新管理的角度,将企业家变量纳入传统的"战略-组织"框架,研究民营企业战略与组织的共生演进,解释了中国民营企业在生命周期内战略演化与组织变革的动态关系,突出了企业家独特而关键的角色。
From the perspective of organizational ecology and innovation management,this paper studies the co-evolution between firm strategy and organization structure in Chinese state-owned enterprises by considering the role of entrepreneur in the framework,and explains the dynamic relationship between strategy evolution and organization change in the life cycle of private-owned enterprises,and emphasizes the key and unique role in this co-evolution.
