能源效率变动分解模型及其实证研究——基于云南省6大城市群

Decomposition Model of Change of Energy Efficiency and Its Empirical Research:Based on 6 Urban Agglomerations in Yunnan Province

利用对数平均权重拉氏分解方法,构建了能源效率变动分解模型。利用2005—2013年云南及其6大城市群的相关数据,实证分析了此期间云南6大城市群的效率因素和结构因素的变化对云南能源效率的影响。结果显示:2005—2013年期间,云南总体和6大城市群的能源效率均有所提升,而6大城市群能源效率的提升速率有所不同;云南6大城市群的效率因素主导了云南总体能源效率的提升;滇中城市群结构因素的变动导致云南总体能源效率提升,而其他5大城市群结构因素的变动导致云南总体能源效率下降。

This paper constructs the decomposition model for energy efficiency change by using the average weighted logarithmic decomposition method（LMDI）.Then based on the data of Yunnan province and 6urban agglomerations in Yunnan,it empirically studies the impacts of efficiency factor and structural factor on energy efficiency of Yunnan province.The results show as follows：during the period of 2005-2013,the energy efficiency of Yunnan and 6urban agglomerations all take on a rising trend,but the rising rates of 6urban agglomerations are different;efficiency factor leads to the enhancing of energy efficiency in Yunnan;the change of structural factor in central urban agglomeration of Yunnan leads to the increasing of energy efficiency in Yunnan,and the structural factor in other 5urban agglomerations in Yunnan results in the decreasing of energy efficiency in Yunnan.
