论抗战时期工业合作运动在西北小城镇的发展——以陕西凤县双石铺为例

Development of the Industry Cooperation Movement in the Small Towns in Northwest China During the Anti-Japanese War——Take Shuangshipu Town,Feng County in Shaanxi Province for an example

民国时期西北地区工业落后是不争的事实。但是在抗战期间兴起的一场工业合作化运动逐渐改变了这一现状。一批工业合作社的成立,成为了当时西北各地工业发展的有生力量,打破了多年来西北工业化沉寂的局面,带动了西北各地的经济发展,使得一些小城镇逐渐繁荣起来。有着模范"工合城"之称的陕西凤县双石铺,则是工合运动在小城镇繁荣发展的典型范例,其发展方式至今仍有借鉴意义。

It is an uncontroversial fact that the region in Northwest China is backward in industry during the Republic of China. The rising Industry Cooperation Movement gradually changed the situation during the Anti-Japanese War. The establishment of lots of industrial cooperatives broke the deadlock of industrialization being backward in many years and brought about industrial development in Northwest China so that some small towns became prosperous in the region. The Shuangshipu Town called the＂Model Gung Ho City＂is the symbol of development of the Industry Cooperation Movement. Its development pattern still has reference value nowadays.
