摘要
目的研究复方金蒲分散片的处方工艺。方法以崩解时限和溶出度为考察指标,采用正交设计试验,对交联羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、低取代羟丙纤维素不同配比进行优选处方,制备复方金蒲分散片。结果分散片在120 s内完全崩解,分散均匀度测定能通过2号筛网,体外溶出度优于普通片。结论优选的复方金蒲分散片处方工艺合理、可行。
Objective To study the preparation technology of Fufangjinpu Dispersible Tablets.M ethods The disintegration ratio rate was taken as index,the different ratio of cCMC- Na,PVP,LS- HPC,cross- linked carboxymethyl cellulose sodium was examined,and the orthogonal design was used to optimize the formulation of Fufangjinpu Dispersible Tablets.Results The dispersible tablets could be disaggregated in 120 seconds,and the dispersible uniformity test proved that it could pass through No.2 sieve.The dissolution rate of the Fufangjinpu Dispersible Tablets was much better than that of the normal tablets.Conclusion The optimized technology of Fufangjinpu Dispersible Tablets is reasonable and feasible.
