银杏酮酯滴丸冶疗不稳定心绞痛40例

Ginkgo Ketone Ester Drop Pills for Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris in 40 Cases

目的观察银杏酮酯滴丸治疗不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析医院2013年6月至2014年12月收治的80例不稳定心绞痛患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组患者给予银杏酮酯滴丸,对照组患者给予复方丹参滴丸。结果用药1个疗程后,治疗组硝酸甘油用量及心绞痛发作次数明显少于本组治疗前及同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。结论银杏酮酯滴丸治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ginkgo Ketone Ester Drop Pills in the treatment of unstable angina pec- toris. Methods 80 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Ginkgo Ketone Ester Drop Pills,while the control group was treated with Compound Danshen Drop Pills. Results After 1 course of treatment, the frequency of angina pectoris and the dosage of nitroglycerin in the treat- ment group was significantly reduced than before treatment and the control group at the same time（P 〈 0.05）;the total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 77.50% of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The Ginkgo Ketone Ester Drop Pills has good effect for treating unstable angina pectoris,it has less adverse reactions and worthy of clinical promotion.
