醒脑静治疗急性酒精中毒50例

Xingnaojing Injection for Treating Acute Alcoholism in 50 Cases

目的观察醒脑静治疗急性酒精中毒急诊的临床疗效和安全性。方法将医院收治的100例急性酒精中毒患者按治疗方法分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组患者采用纳洛酮治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用醒脑静治疗。结果治疗后,观察组急性酒精中毒患者平均清醒时间为(3.75±0.99)h,明显少于对照组的(6.89±1.78)h(P<0.05);观察组患者嗜睡、恶心呕吐、面红、瘙痒等不良反应发生率为2.00%,明显低于对照组的28.00%(P<0.05)。结论在常规纳洛酮静脉滴注基础上联合应用醒脑静静脉滴注治疗急性酒精中毒疗效更佳,患者清醒时间明显缩短,可有效降低不良反应的发生率,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of acute alcoholism.M ethods 100 patients with acute alcoholism in the hospital were divided into control group and the observation group according to the therapeutic method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with naloxone,on this basis,the observation group was added with Xingnaojing.Results After treatment,the average consciousness time of the observation group was（3.75 ±0.99）h,which was significantly less than（6.89 ±1.78） h of the control group（P 〈0.05）;the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions,such as drowsiness,nausea and vomiting,itching,flushing,of the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 28.00%of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of the conventional treatment of naloxone intravenous,the combination of Xing-naojing Injection intravenous infusion in the treatment of acute alcoholism has better effect,and can shorten the consciousness time,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction,it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
