参麦注射液联合综合护理治疗老年肺心病急性加重期45例

Shenmai Injections Combined with Comprehensive Nursing for Treating Elderly Acute Exacerbation Pulmonary Heart Disease in 45 Cases

目的观察参麦注射液联合综合护理治疗老年肺心病急性加重期患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析医院2012年9月至2014年12月收治的老年肺心病急性加重期患者87例的临床资料。对照组42例行参麦注射液结合常规护理治疗,治疗组45例且行参麦注射液结合综合护理治疗。结果治疗后,两组患者临床症状明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为88.89%,明显低于治疗组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合综合护理治疗老年肺心病急性加重期效果良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenmai Injections combined with comprehensive nursing in treating elderly acute exacerbation pulmonary heart disease. Methods The clinical data of 87 cases of elderly patients with acute serious chronic pulmonary heart disease from September 2012 to December 2014 were analyzed. Among them,42 cases were treated by Shenmai Injections com- bined with conventional nursing （the control group）, and 45 cases were treated by Shenmai Injections combined with comprehensive nursing（the treatment group）. Results The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved,and the treatment group improved more than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89% ,which was significantly higher than 83.33% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shenmai Injections combined with comprehensive nursing is effective for treating elderly acute exacerbation pulmonary heart disease.
