英国国家游径系统的发展经验及对我国的启示

Development Experiences of British National Trails System and Enlightenment on Development of China's National Trails

英国是世界上较早进行游径建设的国家,也是国家游径系统发展较为完善的国家。分析英国国家游径系统的发展历程和构成,进而研究英国国家游径系统的管理机构和管理标准,可为我国游径系统的建设和发展提供许多有益的经验与启示。目前,我国的游径系统建设尚未开始,我们需要学习和借鉴英国游径系统建设的经验,充分认识游径建设的重要性,力求使游径类型多样化,还要强化游径管理的规范性,并确保游径运营的持续性,从而构建和发展富有中国特色的国家游径系统。

United Kingdom is an earlier country for trails construction all over the world,and is also a more perfect state for developing the national trails system. This article reviews development history of the Britain national trails system,and describes the types of national trails system,analyzes the administrative organization and management standard of Britain national trails system. At present,the trails system construction of our country has not yet started,it is necessary for us to study and draw lessons from British experience of the construction of trails system,and develop the national trails system with Chinese characteristics,so the article analyzes the importance of the trails construction,the diversity of trails types,the normalization of trails management and the sustainability of trails operation.
