摘要
提出一种基于多应力综合加速模型的产品可靠性评估方法,主要通过利用加速退化数据或加速寿命数据以及加速模型对产品进行寿命加速模型建模与参数估计,进而进行产品可靠性评估。首先基于加速退化试验数据,外推产品伪寿命数据或基于加速寿命试验获取产品寿命数据;并对寿命数据进行分布拟合优度检验确定寿命最优分布。其次结合工程中常用加速模型,选取合适多应力综合加速模型来描述分布参数与应力水平的关系。采用整体推断方法,将所有寿命数据信息作为整体进行统计分析,给出模型参数的极大似然估计。然后对产品进行可靠性评估以及可靠寿命估计。最终以某型电表为例验证了所提出的方法适用性和有效性。
A reliability evaluation method based on multi stress accelerated model is proposed,which is based on accelerated degradation data or accelerated life data as well as the accelerated model to modeling and parameter estimation of life accelerated model,which further taking product reliability assessment. Firstly,extrapolating the product pseudo lifetime data based on the accelerated degradation test data or the product lifetime data is obtained from the accelerated life test,and the optimal distribution of the lifetime is determined by the distribution goodness of fit test of the lifetime data. In the second part,the relationship between the distribution parameters and the stress level is described by using the general acceleration model,and taking all the life data as a whole for using the overall inference method to analyze the maximum likelihood estimation of the model parameters. And then evaluate the reliability of the products and the reliable life of the product. Finally,the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by using the electric meter as an example.
