复合抑盐剂在高盐地层水中的抑盐效果 被引量:9

摘要 高盐井由于地层水矿化度高,油井生产过程中产生大量的盐垢,导致维护费用大大增加,产量明显下降,酸化压裂效果变差,挤水压力高,有效期短。首先分析了江汉王场油田地层水理化性能,针对高盐地层水,筛选出三种抑盐效果良好的抑盐剂;并确定出最佳的单剂浓度分别为160 mg/L抑盐剂A、260 mg/L抑盐剂B、140 mg/L抑盐剂C。在此基础上,优化出最佳复合抑盐剂配方:160 mg/l抑盐剂A+260 mg/L抑盐剂B+42 mg/L抑盐剂C。 Because of high salinity of formation water,oil production process generates a lot of salt scale,resulting in greatly increased maintenance costs,decreased production,acid fracturing effect of variation,water pressure is high,valid for short. The physical and chemical properties of formation water form Jianghan Oilfield Wang were analyzed,for high salt formation water,screened three good salt inhibiting effect inhibiting salinization agent,and to determine the best concentrations of a single dose of 160 mg/L anti-salt agent A,260 mg/L anti-salt agent B,140 mg/L anti-salt agent C. On this basis,the best composite inhibiting salinization optimized formulation: 160 mg/L anti-salt agent A + 260 mg/L anti-salt agent B + 42 mg/L anti-salt agent C.
