摘要
帕金森病(PD)是以中老年人中常见的中枢神经退行性疾病,其病理学过程复杂,近来研究认为线粒体功能障碍与PD形成密切相关,其原因可能为线粒体基因变异、突变以及核基因突变、变异。本文概述了引起线粒体功能障碍的原因及其与PD形成的关系。
Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common disorder of the central nervous system in the elderly. The pathogenesis of PD is a complex process, with mitochondrial dysfunction as an important contributing factor. This factor may stem from mitochondrial gene variations and mutations as well as from nuclear gene variations and mutations. This article review the relationship between the causes of mitochondrial dysfunction and its relationship with PD formation.
