高频超声检查对阑尾粘液囊肿诊断的价值

The Value of High-frequency Ultrasound Diagnosis of Appendix Mucocele

目的探讨高频超声检查对诊断阑尾粘液囊肿的价值。方法回顾性分析34例经手术病理证实为阑尾粘液囊肿患者的超声表现及术前超声诊断与术后病理结果的一致性。结果 34例患者超声检查均探及右下腹腔内包块,其中术前超声20例患者诊断为阑尾粘液囊肿,准确率为58.82%;形态呈圆形、椭圆形、囊袋形或不规则形,长径约4.2~9.1cm,横径约2~4.5 cm;边界清楚,囊壁光滑,失去正常三层壁层结构。结论高频超声检查是阑尾粘液囊肿术前诊断的重要手段,但其准确性有待进一步提高。

Objective To discuss the value high-frequency ultrasonic scanning for appendiceal mucocele. Methods 34 cases of appendiceal mucocele were diagnosed by ultrasonic scanning and confirmed by surgery and pathology from May 2010 to May 2014 in tianjin nankai hospital. We observed and analysized the ultrasound results in comparison with the surgical and pathological results retrospectively. Results Ultrasound revealed the mass in all of cases on the right lower quadrant （21 of them on the inside of the cecum, 8 on the rear of cecum and 5 on the right side of the uterus）. The size of the mass were 4.2~9.1x2-4.5 cm, and the smooth and thin wall, andinconsistent internal echogenicity. 20 of them （the accuracy was 58.82%） were diagnosized the appendiceal mucoceles by ultrasonic scanning before the surgery. Conclusion The ultrasonic scanning is the importantly preoperative examination methods for the patients of appendiceal mucocele. In the meantime the accuracy of ultrasound need be improved in our future jobs.
