神经外科手术麻醉的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 神经外科患者经常由于颅内病变致使脑组织发生局部液化性坏死、缺血、水肿等病理生理的变化,再加上全麻刺激、手术刺激强烈,可造成病变部位和周围脑组织的损伤,进而加重神经系统损伤,为此对于麻醉的要求比较高。寻求安全有效的麻醉药物及方法,保护大脑功能,减少应激反应,监测神经电生理,维持患者术中良好的麻醉深度和内环境稳态不仅可保护重要脏器的功能,也可改善患者预后及手术对神经系统的损伤。本文首先概述了神经外科手术麻醉的要求,概述了神经外科手术麻醉的方法与药物,以及麻醉监测的研究,展望了神经外科手术麻醉的应用前景。
