摘要
作为中小学英语教师职后教育和自我专业发展的有效途径,学习共同体的建构模式多样、优势明显,使教师的专业发展更加多元和开放,将全民教育和终身教育的理念在教师职后教育模式中得以体现。随着学习共同体建构经验、系统理论和可运行模式的积累,学习共同体的发展将日趋成熟,并将为中小学英语教师职后教育和专业发展提供全新的视域。
As an effective way of improving the primary and middle school English teachers' in-service professional abilities,learning community with various models has its incomparable advantages, which shows the idea of sustainable education and lifetime learning. The construction of learning community will be greatly improved with the development of its theories and models,and will affect the English teachers' professional development from a new perspective.
