中医药高等院校国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式优化改革的研究与实践——以广州中医药大学为例

Research and Practice on the Optimization and Reform of the Talent Training Mode for International Economy and Trade Major in Chinese Medicine Colleges and Universities: A Case Study on Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine

市场环境和人才需求以及高校教育的深刻变化要求对国际经济与贸易专业的人才培养模式进行优化改革。国内高校当前国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式的不足之处主要表现为:在纵向方向上,人才培养的层次性差异化不明显;在横向方向上,人才培养的地域性和行业性特色化不明显;在专业内涵方向上,人才培养的实验实践教学效果和能力培养差强人意。为此,提出相应的对策思路:对人才培养的层次性进行准确定位;人才培养要充分培育地域特色;人才培养要充分培育行业特色;加强实验实践教学课程的改革,加强学生实践能力和创新能力的培养。并以广州中医药大学为例进行实践研究与阐述。

The market environment and the profound changes in college education requires the optimization and reform of talent training mode for international economy and trade major. At present, the deficiencies of talent training mode for international economy and trade major in domestic colleges and universities are mainly as follows： in the longitudinal direction, the level and difference of talent training is not obvious; in the transverse direction, the regional and industrial characteristic feature is not obvious; in the professional connotation, the effect of experimental and practical teaching and ability cultivation is less impressive.To this end, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures： the level of talent training should be accurately positioned;local characteristics should be fully included in talent training;industrial characteristics should be fully reflected in talent training; experimental and practical teaching reform should be strengthened in order to enhance the cultivation of students＇ practical ability and innovative ability. Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine is taken as an example to carry out the practical research and elaboration.
