我国高职教育经费投入的成绩、问题与政策建议

The Education Funding Achievements, Problems and Solutions of Higher Vocational Education in China

教育经费投入是保障高等职业教育发展的前提和物质基础。近年来,我国高等职业教育经费投入虽然取得了显著的成绩,为推动我国高职教育的发展做出了重要贡献。但在看到进步的同时我们更应该关注其仍存在的一些问题。针对我国高等职业教育经费投入存在总量不足、结构比例不合理、投入不均衡等问题,本文拟提出切实履行政府职责,增加高职教育的投入总量;加快制定和推行职业教育生均经费标准;完善多元经费筹措机制等举措。

Education funding is the premise and material basis for the development of higher vocational education. In recent years,the investment of higher vocational education in China has received remarkable achievements, which makes an important contribution to the development of higher vocational education in China. But we should pay more attention to the problems as well as the progresses, which are that stock funds volume is insufficient, source structure is unreasonable and the regional investment is imbalanced, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to enlarge the total funds investments, to accelerate the development and implementation of occupation education expenditure per student standard and to improve the financing mechanism of multiple funds.
