On the Work of Head Teachers in Senior High Schools under the New Curriculum Concept

普通高中教育实行新课程理念,教学课程改革的目的,主要是为了提高学生的基础文化课程学习能力,同时要求班主任更新工作观念,更新思想,改变以往的工作方式,改变以往的管理方法,端正自己的位置。本文根据新课程理念下班主任工作的实际情况,浅谈了新课程理念下高中班主任工作的现状及问题,针对班主任应怎样辅导学生学习,启发学生思考,调动学生的学习热情,激发学生学习文化科学知识的兴趣,有效提升课堂教学质量,进行了初步的、浅略的分析,供大家参考。

The aim of the implementation of the new curriculum concept and the teaching reform in regular senior high schools is mainly to improve students＇ learning capacity of fundamental cultural courses, which requires head teachers to update their working ideas and thoughts, change their traditional styles of working and management, and correct their position. In accordance with the practical situation of head teachers＇ work under the new curriculum concept, this paper briefly discusses the status and problems of senior high school head teachers, as well as how head teachers should guide students＇ learning, inspire their thinking, motivate their learning enthusiasm, and stimulate their interest in learning cultural and scientific knowledge, so as to effectively improve classroom teaching quality. This paper is a preliminary and brief analysis on how senior high school head teachers effectively carry out their work under the new curriculum concept, aiming to provide a reference for the readers.
