社会主义核心价观在高校后勤服务中的实践路径探析——以南华大学后勤管理处践行社会主义核心价值观为例

Exploration on Ways for the Practice of Core Socialist Values in University Logistics Service: A Case Study on the Practice of Core Socialist Values in Logistics Management Department of University of South China

高校后勤工作的好坏不仅关系到高校后勤的发展,也关系到后勤深化改革及高校后勤社会化和整个教育事业的形象。高校后勤服务担负着"管理育人、服务育人"的重要作用。以社会主义核心价值观引领后勤服务工作,提升服务质量,对高校培养人才具有十分重要的作用。本文结合南华大学后勤管理处近年工作实践,从加强教育培训、推进精细化人性化管理、优化美化校园环境、倡导社会公德、发挥典型引导作用、重视文化引领等六个方面总结了社会主义核心价观在高校后勤服务中的实践路径。

The quality of university logistics work only concerns the development of university logistics, but also concerns the deepening of logistics reform, the socialization of university logistics and the image of the entire education cause. University logistics service shoulders the responsibility of educating people through management and service. To guide logistics service and improve the quality of service with core socialist values is of great importance for university talent cultivation. Combined with the practice in Logistics Management Department of University of South China in recent years, this paper summarizes the ways for the practice of core socialist values in university logistics service from six aspects： enhancing education and training, promoting refined and humanistic management, optimizing and beautifying campus environment, advocating social morality, giving play to the guiding role of typical examples, and paying attention to cultural guidance.
