摘要
针对不断变化和提高的当代大学生就餐需求,为及时了解大学生就餐选择的意向及其影响因素,从而为高校学生用餐调整提供依据,本文采用随机问卷调查法对在校学生用餐情况进行调查。结果表明,饮食花费占据学生生活费用的比重较大,学生食品卫生安全意识普遍较强,外出就餐较为频繁,尤其在网络订餐便捷的情况下,能够较好地避免食堂的拥挤,但也促使少部分同学越来越"宅"及懒。本文指出学校食堂应加强饮食文化及责任感教育,促进学生营养平衡,身心健康发展。
Random investigation was used for investigating the situation of school dining to keep abreast of dining options and its influencing factors. The results showed that food spending accounts for a larger proportion of students' cost of living, food hygiene and safety awareness is generally high, eating out of school is more frequent, especially in the case of convenient network ordering, which not only can better avoid crowded cafeteria, but also contributes to a small number of students getting lazy. This paper pointed out that the school canteen food culture and the sense of responsibility education should be strengthened to promote students' nutritional balance, and keep their physical and mental health.
