民办幼儿园突发事件对教师心理影响的调查

摘要 本文选取来自赣州18个县市的民办幼儿园的228名教师进行调查,采用自编的幼儿园突发事件问卷进行调查,发现9项在幼儿园发生较频繁,对心理的影响持续时间不会太长,但是对心理还是有一定的影响。同时也有些项目虽然发生少,但是对心理的影响是重度和极重度的,有7项危及生命体征的事件对教师的心理影响持续时间较久。表明越经常发生的事件,虽然持续时间较短,反而使得个体的心理压力更加大。越不经常发生的事,除非危及到幼儿的生命体征,否则对心理的压力没有经常发生的事件那样大,但是一旦发生,有可能对心理的影响程度较大且影响持续时间会较长。因此教育及相关的部门应高度重视幼儿园教师的心理健康问题。 228 kindergarten teachers from 18 towns and cities of Ganzhou were selected to carry out the investigation by using the self-made kindergarten emergency questionnaire, and it is found that 9 emergencies happen frequently in kindergartens, exerting certain influence on psychology, but it will not last for a long time.Some emergencies scarcely take place, but they have severe and even terrible influence on psychology, and 7 of them are life-threatening and lasting. It indicates that though lasting for a short time, frequent emergencies increase the psychological pressure of individuals; less frequent emergencies, except those threaten children's life, have less psychological pressure, but once taking place, they may have severe and lasting influence.Therefore, education and relevant departments should attach great importance to the psychological health of kindergarten teachers.
