城乡一体化精神文明建设的困难与策略研究

Research on the Difficulties and Strategies of Urban-Rural Integrated Spiritual Civilization Construction

城乡一体化的核心是缩小城乡发展差距,特别是对于人的发展所能提供的各类公共服务及城乡居民共享改革成果,最终实现城市与农村、人与自然的和谐发展。原有的城乡二元结构对于一体化和精神文明建设都存在诸多限制,本文试图简要分析其弊病并有针对性地给出解决路径,使精神文明建设在城乡一体化过程中占据应有地位并发挥更大的作用。

The core of urban-rural integration is to narrow the gap between urban and rural development, especially in public service that can promote human development and the sharing of reform achievements, thus finally realizing the harmonious development among countryside, human and nature. However, the traditional urban-rural dualistic structure hinders the integrated spiritual civilization construction. This paper attempts to briefly analyze its deficiencies and propose targeted solutions, so as to give better play to the role of spiritual civilization construction in urban-rural integration.
